Job Description


Worked for a minimum of two (2) years in reputable Restaurant(s) in Barbados, Caribbean or Internationally.

Essential attributes: Attention to detail, initiative, inquisitive, fast learner, team player, attentive and the mind set to work in a fast pace environment. 

Firsthand knowledge of current food trends locally and internationally as well as up to date knowledge of Health and Safety procedures would be an asset

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join the team at Cliff Bakery Limited. 

The successful candidate must have worked a minimum 3 - 5 years’ work experience with yeast doughs and a variety of cake batters.

Able to report to work physically and mentally ready to do the job. 

Able to be present at work for assigned schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours when required.

Able to handle multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints.

Possess great attention to detail and initiative
