Worked for a minimum of two (2) years in reputable Restaurant(s) in Barbados, Caribbean or Internationally.
Essential attributes: Attention to detail, initiative, inquisitive, fast learner, team player, attentive and the mind set to work in a fast pace environment.
Firsthand knowledge of current food trends locally and internationally as well as up to date knowledge of Health and Safety procedures would be an asset
